Ingredients
- Daily Harvest Blueberry + Banana Pop
- Cinnamon
- Coconut sugar (optional)
- Honey
- Lemon
- Blueberries
- Seltzer
- Rosemary garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cut your frozen Pop into ice cubes.
- Mix 1 part cinnamon with 2 parts coconut sugar. Rim your glass with honey, and dip it in.
- Add blueberries, honey to taste, a healthy squeeze of lemon, and a dash of cinnamon into your glass. Muddle into a paste.
- Add your Pop cubes and top with seltzer water. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and enjoy.
- To serve, gently lay the finished salmon filet over bowl of cooked pasta. Spread a little excess pesto from pasta over salmon fillet and garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
